 PALFINGER and LTTS start partnership in India with the inauguration of the Global Development Center in Pune to boost PALFINGER’s global engineering capacities.

PALFINGER, a global leader in innovative lifting solutions, and L&T Technology Services (LTTS), a global leader in AI, Digital & ER&D Consulting Services, have announced a strategic partnership to establish a Global Development Center (GDC) in Pune, India. The collaboration marks a significant step forward in strengthening PALFINGER’s global engineering capabilities – enhancing speed, flexibility, and innovation. Also it reinforces PALFINGER’s commitment to the APAC region, particularly India. 
The fully electric jib cranes are the first of their kind to be installed on offshore wind substations.

Earlier this year, PALFINGER announced the contract to supply 100 platform cranes for the Bałtyk 2 and Bałtyk 3 offshore wind farms in Poland. Now, PALFINGER has been selected to deliver the first fully electric offshore cranes to be installed on the substations of this project – the first of their kind in the offshore wind industry. These cranes built in Poland mark a major milestone in the electrification of offshore wind operations, highlighting PALFINGER’s position at the forefront of this transformation.

The new 177,000 sq. ft modern facility in Illinois will handle 75,000 shipments a year, cutting downtime for PALFINGER dealers and customers in the region.

PALFINGER MARINE supplies service cranes for Polands largest offshore wind farm.

Offshore wind energy continues to gain ground in the Baltic Sea, with the Baltica 2 project marking another milestone for the region. As part of this large-scale development, PALFINGER MARINE was selected to supply more than 100 fully electric PF120 fixed boom service cranes. This makes it the third offshore wind farm in Poland to rely on the technology of PALFINGER MARINE, further strengthening its footprint in the European offshore wind sector.

From August 19 to 21, PALFINGER MARINE will showcase its latest products and proven technologies for the aquaculture sector at Aqua Nor in Trondheim, Norway. Visitors can explore the PFM crane series, designed to deliver solutions tailored to fish farming as well as the service and workboat segment. Taking center stage will be the new PFM 1500, a crane that combines reliability and versatility in a compact form.
